Terms and Conditions for Payment and Booking of Motorhome/Camping Pitch at Grönlund Golf Club

General

These terms and conditions apply between Grönlund Golf i Almunge AB and anyone who, personally or through another person, books/pays for a camping pitch at Grönlund Golf Club.

The person placing and paying for the order is referred to as "Customer" in these terms. The supplier is referred to as "Grönlund Golf i Almunge", "We" or "GGKAB". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a camping pitch at Grönlund Golf Club.

Customers/guests at Grönlund motorhome parking are required to follow GGKAB's rules of conduct, available at https://www.gronlundgk.se/husbilsplatser.

Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations may be removed from the area by GGKAB staff.

Booking and payment for private individuals

To book & pay for a camping pitch on the website "husbil.gronlundgk.se", the customer must be at least 18 years of age. Payment of the fee requires a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish). All fees are in SEK and include VAT.

Booking a pitch

The use of tents on the camping pitch is not permitted. The price includes pitch rental, the booking fee, and connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes) if selected.

All pitches are booked from 15:00 to 15:00.

Payment / booking confirmation

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the customer must verify that all details are correct. It is the customer's/booker's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is accurate. Booking confirmations are sent by e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, GGKAB must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, and no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment of booking

Payment is made immediately, including at the time of booking.

Cancellation of a booked pitch

Cancellation can only be made by opening your booking confirmation and clicking "Cancel booking". Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the booking will not be refunded.

Liability for property / damage caused

• GGKAB is not responsible for items left behind.
• GGKAB is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, but refers customers primarily to their own insurance. If damage is caused by a golfer, the customer's excess will be covered through the Golf Federation's Member Insurance. Damage MUST be reported to GGKAB (in person at the shop/reception or by e-mail to info@gronlundgk.se) as soon as it is discovered.

Other obligations and rules of conduct

• Customers/guests must take good care of the pitch and facilities and follow all applicable rules, instructions and regulations.
• Customers/guests must maintain the utmost consideration and quiet towards other guests between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Be mindful of fire risk when barbecuing – check your fire extinguishing equipment.
• Each electrical outlet provides 10 amperes, which essentially only allows for charging. Overloading risks cutting power to all or parts of our electrical grid. In cases of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice for repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
• Pets must be kept on a leash.
• Hazardous waste must be placed at the recycling station. Rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be discarded in the area.
• Payment of fees can be made online or to GGKAB during opening hours.
• Use of personal data: By using this website, you also accept Hamnsystem Sverige AB's data policy.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement entered into between the customer (the booker) and GGKAB. The agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if:

• The conditions of this document are not met.
• The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
• The customer/guests in the party commit acts of vandalism in the area.

In the event of a breach of contract, the customer/guests in the party must immediately vacate the area. In cases of vandalism or disruptive behaviour, the customer may be held liable for damages.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events considered to constitute force majeure, GGKAB may terminate the agreement, whereupon the customer and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, GGKAB is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of any benefit already derived from the pitch.
